Intermediate Metal Clay Workshop

Learn Intermediate to advanced techniques to take your PMC designs to the next level. We will explore layering textures, decorative bails, incorporating fireable gemstones. We will be working in PMC3 clay, syringe clay, fine silver wire.  Depending on the size of your work, you will have enough clay to make one pendant and a small pair of earrings.
 
Your materials fee of $45 will be paid to the teacher in class.  This covers the cost of a 15g pack of clay and a small gemstone.

This is a 2 part class that meets on two consecutive Wednesday evenings.  By registering for this session you will also be registered for the 2nd date (1st and 2nd Wednesdays of the month)

Lisa Hilquist

Instructor

Lisa Hilquist has been working in fused glass and precious metal clay for 15 years, focusing primarily on Jewelry. Lisa’s work embodies her interests in combining multiple techniques and mediums resulting in unique pieces of art. She currently incorporates fused dichroic glass, precious metal clay, keum boo, viking knit, chain maille, as well as traditional metalsmithing into her jewelry art. Lisa has Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from CSU, Chico, and is PMC Certified.
