This class meets on Saturday, October 16 from 4-6pm (PT)/ 7-9pm (ET) AND Sunday, October 17 from 8am-3pm (PT)/11am-6pm (ET) Please check for your time zone. All times on our calendar are listed in the Pacific Timezone.
Learn how to embrace the beauty of being imperfect. Create a handheld journal full of pages with varieties in finishes, sizes, spacing, weights and more. The cover & spine create a sturdy structure for more fragile pages to rely on for strength. AND create a bonus miniature accordion style journal which clings beautifully to the front cover of the main journal.
Sunday morning provides the opportunity for cover decor, bones building & accordion details.
BREAK FOR LUNCH
Sunday afternoon will be used to finalize book layouts & pull all the details together for a complete book ready to work in! A little glue & some stitching & BAM! A book.
DeeDee will be utilizing the use of a standard sewing machine, nothing fancy... a straight stitch & a zigzag stitch, but don't be scared! She has additional binding solutions lined up for demonstration.
